Salem Lakes, WI
Slow action all day, decent size pike in about 4-6 feet of water off the cat tails, gills/crappie are fished out no size to them

This is a good lake for some average bass and panfishing but definately not a destination hotspot. I've been fishing here for a shade over 20 years now. It really weeds up in the summer to the point where even a trolling motor becomes "too much power captain!" Gills are plentiful in the 6 to 7 inch range and most bass are sublegal. Crappies run small too but fillet-able at 8 to 9inches or so. The last few years it seems the overall fishing has dropped off though.

Great lake, I caught my 1st Bass, Bluegill, Crappie & Nothern from this lake as a kid learning to fish. Beautiful quiet lake and community.
