I have been fishing on this lake for many years. Caught many nice largemouth bass, northern pike, crappies, perch, bluegills and bullheads. Have never caught muskie or walleye. Usually see eagles and loons while fishing. Occasionally have spotted deer on shore.

Many, many. many, small bluegills!!! I haven't caught any walleyes or muskies as they've listed here. I have caught some Largemouth bass but again there are many in the 9-13 inch range. The fish overall seem to be on the smaller side with not many larger fish. The whole lake is filled with weeds around the edges and I thought we would find many large fish but this was simply not the case. Maybe in a few years when these smaller fish have time to mature.

I just couldn't stop the fish from biting my lures. This lake is highly underrated. I would recommend this to any fisherman who is looking for a good time fishing and who wants to see some incredible wild life. The lake is one of the best in the area. With plentiful surface vegitation along almost all of the shoreline which holds great numbers of all species, Little Carr Lake is a must to check out!
